However, as our application relies on extracting data from webpages, we recognize that certain factors beyond our control, such as changes in website structures, can affect its functionality. 1. General Terms for Refund Requests
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Application Malfunction: If the extension fails to function as described, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days).
- Non-Delivery of Service:If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the application entirely.
Exclusions:Refunds will not be issued if:
- The issue is caused by changes to third-party websites, which are outside our control.
- The user fails to provide sufficient information or access to troubleshoot and resolve the reported issue.
- The refund request is made after the subscription period has ended or outside the applicable refund request window (14 days from the purchase date).

Refunds will be processed within 10-12 business days upon approval.
2. Handling of Disputes

3. No Guarantee for Compatibility with Third-Party Websites

While our team actively monitors updates and strives to release timely fixes, this limitation is a fundamental aspect of the service. Refunds will not be granted solely for disruptions caused by third-party changes unless they render the application entirely unusable and unresolvable.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting us via direct message. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the remainder of the billing period.
5. Promotions Policy
Any promotions for subscriptions will be provided exclusively through rebate codes. These rebate codes must be applied during the subscription process and cannot be retroactively applied to an existing subscription. Promotions without rebate codes are not valid.
